This lace is made by water soluble (chemical) embroidery: the design is stitched onto a temporary backing that is then dissolved away, leaving a free-standing guipure lace with no base fabric.

The result is a lace with real body and a crisp 3D surface. Dense pink petals sit on top of a mauve net and leaf ground, so the fabric holds its shape beautifully in fitted and flared silhouettes.

Raised 3D Flowers

Each petal is densely filled with pink thread and edged in white, with an eyelet-style open center, giving the blooms a plush, dimensional surface.

Open Guipure Net & Leaves

Between the flowers, a mauve honeycomb net and embroidered leaves with a subtle sheen let light through, keeping the fabric breathable and elegant.
